Q: How long does a bespoke suit take?
A: The first fitting will be after 2 to 3 weeks and a second, if required, will take an additional 2 to 3 weeks. The suit is then finished and any further adjustments, if necessary, are made at this point. The full process usually takes 6 to 8 weeks.
Q: Can I return an item I purchased online?
A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
​Q: Do you sell ready to wear suits or just bespoke?
A: We have a full range of ready-to-wear suits available, split across two collections each year.
Q: Do you make suits for women?
A: Yes, we have made suits for lots of female clients both past and present. Our women's tailoring has just as good a reputation as our gent's tailoring.
Q: How long do online orders take to arrive?
A: We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 working days.
